Enterprise AI & Integration

Connect the power of AI with the systems your business already runs on.

AI delivers very little on its own. Its value appears when it is connected to the applications, databases, documents and processes your business actually runs on — and that is where most AI initiatives get hard.

Enterprise integration brings real constraints: identity and access models, data governance, older systems without modern interfaces, reliability expectations and the need to fit into existing operations rather than beside them.

Those constraints are familiar territory. Our background is enterprise software architecture, and we bring the same discipline to AI: careful integration, security and governance carried through every layer, and production engineering that holds up when people depend on it every day.

Offerings

How the work breaks down

01

Enterprise system integration

  • Integration with ERP, CRM and line-of-business systems
  • Databases, data warehouses and document stores
  • Event-driven and API-based architectures
  • Legacy systems without modern interfaces

Our background is enterprise software architecture. Connecting AI into complex estates — including the awkward, older parts — is where that experience matters most.

02

Knowledge & document intelligence

  • Retrieval over documents, policies and records
  • Answers with citations your team can verify
  • Extraction and summarisation at scale
  • Permission-aware search

The most immediate value of AI is often helping people find and use what the organisation already knows — provided the answers are grounded and respect who is allowed to see what.

03

Security, identity & data governance

  • Single sign-on and role-based access
  • Permission-aware retrieval and actions
  • Data classification and handling rules
  • Audit logging and retention

AI should not become a shortcut around your access controls. We carry identity, authorisation and governance through every layer of the solution.

04

Production engineering

  • Reliability, failover and fallback behaviour
  • Monitoring of quality, cost and latency
  • CI/CD, testing and release management
  • Ongoing support and optimisation

A demo is easy. A system people depend on every day needs the same engineering discipline as any other production platform.

Our approach

How an engagement runs

  1. 1

    Understand the estate

The systems, data, identity model and processes the AI must work with — and the constraints that come with them.

  2. 2

    Design the architecture

Integration patterns, data flows, security model and model choices, documented so they can be reviewed and challenged.

  3. 3

    Engineer and integrate

Build in verified increments, connecting to real systems early so integration risk surfaces in week three, not at go-live.

  4. 4

    Deploy and harden

Production deployment with monitoring, access controls, audit and fallback behaviour in place.

  5. 5

    Support and optimise

Ongoing operational support and continuous improvement of quality and cost.

FAQ

Common questions

We have older systems without APIs. Can AI still work with them?

Usually, yes. Integration with legacy systems is a large part of enterprise software work, and there are reliable patterns for systems that were never designed to be connected — from database-level integration to purpose-built service layers.

How do you stop AI exposing data people should not see?

By making retrieval and actions permission-aware, so the AI only ever works with information the requesting user is entitled to. Identity and authorisation are designed in from the start, not added at the end.

Which AI platform do you use?

We are technology-flexible. We integrate commercial AI platforms and open-weight models according to your business, performance, security and cost requirements, and we hold no vendor quotas.

Who supports it once it is live?

We can, under an ongoing support arrangement, or we hand over to your team with documentation, runbooks and paired working. Either way, operability is designed in from the beginning.
